Never a Dull Moment

We love them so much, we are willing to act like horses for their amusement. We had fun too!

A fun day at the pool.
So, my camera still works, the screen does not, so I have the fun of guessing what I'm actually catching in the photo. :)

Little Green Dude

Thanks for helping the marigolds protect the tomatoes lil' guy. At least, that's what I hope you were busy doing...

I love hydrangeas!

I do, I do! When walking with a friend one night, I saw some royal blue in color (not these). They were so beautifully intense, I thought my retinas were going to burn up.

Jammin' Part Dos

Marlena and I tried strawberry jam with less sugar and came out with a fine product, but I am biased. So, if jam can be healthy or healthier, we were successful and it actually tasted like the fruit because of the significant decrease in sweetener.

That's How to Eat Cake!

Not a care in the world.
He doesn't even care his leg is going the wrong direction.

Good stuff!

Busted by GranMa.

Happy 4th Birthday, Will!

Will chose Batman to be the theme of his party. Superheroes, family, friends and food, oh, and presents too, we all had a blast! Will is very special to us and we enjoyed celebrating him.

Ways We Like to Celebrate

After working on the house, Matt enjoys relaxing at...
... The Brick Store. Someone in our group stated that when Matt is older, he will be like the festively plump fellow in the picture. Matt took it as a compliment.

Once I've worked on the house, I enjoy spending time at this cozy, retroish spot in old Alpharetta OR

in my garden. This is the first fruit picked from the new garden. I think it is shaped funny because it didn't receive enough water, but it smelled and more importantly, tasted like a cucumber should!

Friday is CSA Pickup Day!

I love CSA Fridays! Since becoming a supporter of the CSA, I have learned about veggies, as well as increasingly educated on new and healthy recipes and getting them on the table and more importantly, contributing to loved one's health. I enjoy supporting the local economy as well.
