Boy, howdy! I enjoyed making this skirt. I completed it during a particularly rough period of time I have been going through and it was a blessing to pour some energy in to creating a fun skirt from a pillowcase. It is hard to see in the photos, but the fabric consists of rocking horses and hearts.
