Delectable Grilled Onions

We had this melt-in-your-mouth treat about a month ago at my mom's house and again last night in celebration of the 4th of July. So easy yet so scrumptious, so I wanted to share the recipe with you, which I received from my stepdad...


Vidalia Onion

Beef Bouillon cube

Butter


Peel the outer layer of the onion and core it. In the hole you just made, add a tab of butter, squish a bouillon cube in to it then top it with another tab of butter. Wrap in foil and place on the grill, standing up, for about 45 minutes. Careful when you unwrap it as it is very hot and don't let all the juices escape. Enjoy!
